In addition our 4 year managed service plans are risk free. If, for any reason and at anytime in the first 12 months, you need to terminate your managed service plan, the fee for early termination will be waived. You will only need to pay for services rendered prior to termination. This stepped payment plan offer is valid for the next 3 months only.

The IT Audit is a no-cost, no-obligation service that Velvet Systems provides to new and existing clients. Using a proven process of interviews and a review of your on-premises and cloud IT we will create a set of recommendations for:
- Lowering your IT expenditure.
- Optimising your user’s experience and removing any existing pain.
- Future-proofing your information technology (e.g. migration to the cloud).
The recommendations can be used for as a basis for engaging Velvet Systems (at preferential rates). Alternatively, some clients use the recommendations to inform their discussions with existing IT providers.
